Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Art in a Squishy!

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our products are handmade, processing may take slightly longer during busy periods. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship from Georgia, USA. Standard delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our direct control. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Please contact us if you need assistance with a lost or delayed shipment. Art in a Squishy is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help provide an appropriate solution.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
