Preorders may be cancelled only before the order enters processing or production. Once processing or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

All squishy products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video.
